I didn’t grow up with a business blueprint. What I had instead was faith, hard work, and the example of parents who rebuilt their lives from scratch as first-generation immigrants. My name is Nino Mihilli, and these experiences shaped the way I lead, build, and serve.

Founding Front Line All Temps taught me that systems matter more than motivation. In staffing and tech, human error, missed communication, and unclear expectations can create ripple effects fast. Without integrity at the core, businesses crumble under pressure.

Integrity isn’t something you turn on when convenient—it’s a discipline, a habit, and a standard. Every conversation, every client interaction, every internal process is an opportunity to build trust.

Faith as a Compass in Leadership

Faith isn’t separate from work—it’s the compass that keeps decision-making aligned with values. Philippians 2:3 says:

“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves.”

This verse guides my leadership philosophy: leading isn’t about authority, it’s about service. Whether coaching youth sports, serving on a nonprofit board, or managing a team, I prioritize clarity, humility, and respect.

Entrepreneurship is messy. Short-term crises, last-minute staffing changes, and operational breakdowns teach you lessons that no book can.

Here’s what I’ve learned:

I believe technology should simplify execution, not replace responsibility. AI, automation, and software are tools—powerful ones—but they only work when paired with human judgment, ethics, and leadership.

Every product I’ve built, every system I’ve implemented, reflects the same principle: faith-driven action paired with thoughtful technology creates durable, scalable outcomes.
